Sake Tasting Experience @ the Japan Sake and Shochu Information Center
A facility for the promotion of about 1600 sake breweries and authentic shochu distilleries across Japan, the Japan Sake and Shochu Information Center invites you to "see," "touch," and "experience" the national alcoholic beverage of Japan.
You can always taste over 100 types of sake and shochu at reasonable prices. The center also offers sets that enable you to compare the various types of sake and shochu, as well as seasonal sake such as newly pressed unpasteurized sake or kanzake (warm sake). Mini-seminars are also available upon request (additional charge).
