Sake Brewery Hideyoshi
Suzuki Shuzoten was founded in the early Edo period, in 1689. This brewery was established here due to the underground water from the Ou mountains, and the abundance of good quality rice. Treasuring the skills and spirit passed down to the present day, the brewery has continued with its careful and innovative sake brewing, creating new types of sake such as the elegant daiginjo and a sparkling refined sake. When visiting the brewery, try snacks that go well with Japanese sake, and compare seasonal sakes, while enjoying the sights in this brewery with over 300 years of history. There is also a shop here, where products can be purchased.
