Yonezawa Beef
It is said that in the early Meiji era(1868-1912), Mr. Charles Henry Dallas from England was amazed by the deliciousness of the black beef from Yonezawa, and spread the reputation about Yonezawa Beef to the whole country. Nowadays it is known as one of the famous brands of domestic wagyu, and praised nationwide.
