  • Get off at the JR Hirosaki Station and take the Bus to Ringo Koen and get off at the Tsugaruhan Neputa Mura stop (April-November)

  • 1 minute on foot from the Kamenokomachi-kado stop on the Konan Bus Hamanomachi/Ishiwata Line, after getting off at Hirosaki Station.
